I wanted to compliment the ladies and especially Debbie at the Hillsboro TX DPS. We live in Arlington and had a lot of trouble scheduling an appointment on-line and couldn't talk to an actual person on the telephone. We understand because of COVID that DPS is backed up and we wanted to just get my son's first driver license processed. We drove 45 minutes to Hillsboro because we heard the smaller cities can accommodate. Debbie came out and asked if we had an appointment and we told her we didn't and gave her our reasons. She was able to work us in and was so much fun to work with. She made my son getting his license a great experience.
