I am writing to let you know that I brought my sons in to the Plano Driver License Office to get IDs. One of my children is severely disabled and due to covid, I was very nervous to bring my family in to get this done. The procedures implemented and followed eased my concerns. Your entire staff was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process!
