I came into the Plano DPS on Parker Rd today to get my name changed on my driver license. The entire team was organized, safe and knowledgeable as they handled mine and every other person’s requests. My entire experience was less than an hour and every interaction was positive and pleasant. A special kudo to LaRonda who processed my paperwork at the counter. She was friendly, efficient and thorough as she filed my paperwork and issued my new license with a name change. Thanks for the great experience to Plano DPS on Parker Rd!
