I have always felt the DPS gets a bad rap all across the country. They have to deal with so many personalities. The person ahead was a grump and I felt bad for the initial screener. Tya was so pleasant and efficient. I was having problems with the vision test, I'm old, and she was so helpful and caring. She is an asset to Texas DPS. Thank you.
