My husband and I lived in NYC for 65 years. We moved recently to Texas and visited Texas DPS to change our license from NY to Texas. Tuesday Mitchell was helpful from start to finish. She allowed my husband and I access at the same time, saving us from coming back for his license in the afternoon. She helped change my husband’s appointment in the computer, she answered all our questions and checked our documents and never left us for long while still tending to her work with others. John and I were grateful and also very impressed with the system you have for licensing. One person handled our documents, photo, fingerprints, eye exam and payment. Kudos to Texas DPS ALL AROUND.
