I went into the office for a CDL renewal. I had previously went in and was told that the soonest appointment was in March of 2021. My license expires this month. I was already prepared to be told that I would have to come back next year however to my surprise that didn’t happen. Instead Ms. Bonnie Farrell assisted me as soon as I walked in. Throughout my appointment Bonnie was extremely helpful very polite and was able to help me get my license renewed in no time. Throughout my 67 years of life this was by far the best experience that I’ve had at a DPS office. Thank you Bonnie. Keep up the outstanding work ethic! You will go far in life!
