I took my brother to the DPS office in San Angelo to get a new ID card when he moved here from Austin. Erica was courteous, friendly, and very helpful to us. She quickly processed his request, and we were out in less time than we expected. What I thought might be a tedious experience, it was very pleasant instead. Again, thank you, Ms. Barnes!!
