I went to the Carrollton Mega Center to renew my Texas driver license. Since the last time I had to go in to renew my license the requirements had changed to require a birth certificate. Since I am in my sixties I no longer had a copy of my birth certificate. Anika was very helpful in explaining why needed and to cover all the information needed to renew my license. While I will have to go back when I have filed and received for a copy of my birth certificate. I appreciated ANIKA being patience with me and making sure I understood all needed so when I returned I would be able to get my license.
