I just wanted to thank Karen and Rebecca for awesome service in a very trying situation with computers down for hours today. Unfortunately the system went down just as Rebecca was about to print my daughters first driver license. Karen and Rebecca were very kind to us as we waited for a couple of hours. Then Karen offered the option of a form that would let me daughter still utilize the cut learners permit. She also volunteered to call us when the system came up and she did! We came back and they had even given the document to the person at the front door so we wouldn’t have to wait through the line again. We are thankful for their going to extra mile to help us - it was a big day for my daughter and they helped us ensure she got her document in the end!!
