I was stopped today by Trooper Langford for speeding. This is the first contact I have had with a DPS Trooper in over 40 years. I must say I was very impressed with Trooper D. Langford, his professionalism, manner and demeanor is to be commended and surely a reflection on the Texas DPS. In today's climate I find it necessary to comment on the hard work and dedication of our law enforcement personnel that goes unnoticed but is greatly appreciated. A big shout out to Trooper Langford for representing the great state of Texas and the Texas DPS.
