Ms. Crystal was very nice and professional. She also helped the line go faster by greeting customers at the door and helping us at the kiosk. It was a very busy day, right after the holiday- so this helped. She explained everything well and helped the lady at the desk, who I believe was in training. Thank you for your great customer service and making my 16-year-old's first visit to the DPS a positive experience.
