Much thanks to the staff at the Carrollton Office. Stephanie Koroneos, Maria DeLeon and John Lopez helped my parents who are elderly, my father is wheelchair bound and has Parkinson's. My mother needed to renew her license and my father was surrendering his license and getting an ID card. Any type of event like this is a real challenge for my parents, so I worked in advance with Stephanie and Maria to ensure we could make an appointment and complete all the required documentation. They were extremely helpful, as was Mr. Lopez once we arrived. My parents and I truly appreciate the great service we were provided!
