We were pulled over by Trooper Stephens in Clay County. I am writing to compliment Trooper Stephens on his interactions with us. He was polite, professional, considerate and informative. We had no idea that the headlight was out. He issued a warning, encouraged us to drive safely, and replace the light as soon as possible.
