As my daughter and I were traveling east on I-20, my vehicle had a flat tire. Trooper Shields was stopped with another vehicle just beyond where I pulled off the highway. When he finished that contact, he came back to offer us assistance. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable as he removed the damaged tire, replacing it with the spare. He then made sure we found our way to the tire company in Eastland where we were able to purchase a new tire and be on our way. We are very grateful to have such a fine man as State Patrolman Shields serving the people of Texas. Thank you!
