Rodona was very professional and friendly. She made my daughter and I feel very comfortable from the beginning. She was very thorough, but also made conversation while she was inputting all of the information into the computer. She never rushed me when I was getting my thumb prints, doing the eye test or getting my picture taken. She was very personable and she was always smiling. Keep up the good work Rodona!
