I’m sending Kudos to Esmeralda Estrada-Sillas, the Garland office and the Texas DPS for the excellent customer service I received. After successfully utilizing the online appointment feature and arriving on time, I spent 20 minutes in the waiting area and 10 minutes at the counter to complete my business. This is a great example of how it is supposed to work.
