I waited my turn and found out I needed other forms. So I returned to the waiting area to complete them, then was recalled to station Jo Ann Prazelini was working. She paid no attention to my snarky responses and just continued to help me in a very professional way. At end of process she had turned my foul attitude around and I left in a good mood.
