We received compassion and professionalism during our visit. My husband is disabled and being a caregiver can be somewhat overwhelming at times. I was a little frustrated that day. Jerich did all he could to create a positive outcome for us. I can see where people like Jerich contributes to making your facility a more positive environment to visit.
