I scheduled a time for my renewal at the Gessner location. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled time. The check in was a very efficient process. I proceeded to wait and just as I got seated my number was called and I went to assigned station. The lady at the station was extremely pleasant and helpful with the renewal. I was in my car headed home 30 minutes after my arrival. My thanks to the department for making great improvements in the license renewal process. Hopefully other agencies will follow your example.
