I just wanted to take the time to compliment Officer Patlan. During the traffic stop he was courteousness, professional, and personable. Immediately these two gentlemen made sure to communicate with me on why I was being pulled over and what steps would happen next. Doing this immediately erases any fear/doubt. With a lot of negativity that surrounds law enforcement these days, I believe it is only right to recognize those who are doing an outstanding job. Thanks again!
