My dad had two different people assist him with getting his driver license renewed. He ran into issues with his birth certificate being so old, but they helped him out and gave him the guidance he needed to get a new birth certificate with the State of Texas seal that he now needs. They were very kind and courteous and helpful. We just wanted to say "thank you" and brag on them a little bit for being so helpful. We realize it is part of their jobs, but when people make the effort to help, ask questions and provide customer service we truly appreciate it!
