We had an appointment for my 16 year old to have his driving test. When we walked in, Cindy was being somewhat berated by a frustrated customer. Although the lady was not being at all nice to Cindy, she never exhibited anger or anything but patience and politeness. Cindy greeted every person who walked in and asked them what they needed. When applicable, she got them started on the paperwork they would need to complete. Cindy managed the office as efficiently as possible under the conditions. She was busy every moment and got to us as soon as possible. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Cindy's management of the office, cheerfulness and politeness with each customer was remarkable.
