Clarence was to me customer service at its very best. The customer before me was what I would call a difficult case. I could hear him as I waited. When I got to his desk he immediately greeted me with that wonderful smile of his. He said let’s look at your documents and picked up a mistake I made on my form. He was not only nice when people were clearly not being too nice to him, but he was caring, efficient and fast. His smile and our pleasant conversation made my day.
