I went to do a change of address and renew my daughter’s identification card. Richard was assisting my 5-years-old daughter. He was awesome with her, he was super patient and respectful. He got up from his seat and went all the way around to assist my daughter. I want to congratulate Mr. Lozoya and the office he works at for a wonderful service.
