It seems most people like to complain, but it seems to me most are unlikely to praise when receiving great customer service/assistance. I received a new IPhone, and after activating the phone, I could not receive emails. I contacted IT and Sandra Janos connected to my computer, redid the set up and now I receive my emails. I am extremely glad that Sandra was the one to help me because she is extremely helpful, has a great personality, and was very courteous and friendly. She deserves recognition for her abilities because she went above and beyond in assisting me.
