My girlfriend and I had to make a trip to the Spring Mega Center. Charita took care of us immediately, quickly and was very understanding and helpful. I would also like to add that the entire operation of the Mega Center is wonderfully efficient and I am very thankful for all involved in creating that entire end-to-end operation. Having a greeter meet the incoming people at the door was an especially brilliant stroke of genius. All-in-all, you get an A++ from me.
