I had a very pleasant experience at Garland Mega Center. All of the workers I came in contact with were very helpful and I especially want to praise the clerk who took care of my license application, Jackie Brown. Not only was she efficient and knowledgeable, she was also friendly and kind and left me with a very positive impression.
