I took my husband to renew his license. I want to thank Armandina on the way she handled my husband’s request for license renewal. He was not physically able to qualify for renewal. She handled the refusal so very kindly and sympathetically. He is 89 and has been in failing health for over two years and has not driven during that time so he said he “saw it coming” but Armandina was so very compassionate so it didn’t hurt as much. Kudos to her and all the people we have dealt with at the San Angelo office have been really nice to work with.
