I went to the Cleveland location and was positively surprised about their courtesy and professionalism. While waiting in line, one of the officials was walking down the aisle, checking to see that all of the people had their paperwork in order, prior to be served at the counter. Each of the staff had a very positive attitude. Once being served, which was in no time at all, Jennifer took care of me. She was very nice, helpful, with a big smile on her face. What a wonderful experience it was.
