I would like to say I really like that the office utilizes the "get in line online". I think that online tool shows customers that our time is valuable and makes for a better office experience. I had very outstanding customer service in the morning with Michael. He was very helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable answering all our questions and assisting us. When I returned in the afternoon, Lucy took over in helping us and also was very friendly and helpful picking up where Michael had left off. I am grateful for the office's teamwork and communication, it saved me so much time and prevented us from starting the process all over on another day. Also, while we were waiting to be seen, the lady that was working the desk next to the kiosk was super friendly and was greeting every person sitting in the waiting area seeing if anyone had any questions and ensuring they had all the correct documents and forms. I thought she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am impressed with the amazing customer service provided to us. I felt like each person that assisted my son and I was doing their best to serve us at all times. I truly appreciate amazing customer service.
