I renewed my license at the Andrews office. Olivia gave me an experience I have never had in any driver license office in my 62 years. I mean this in a very positive way. I arrived early that morning before opening at 8. Shortly after arriving, Olivia arrived 15 minutes early and invited me into the office. Although technically the office wasn’t open, she started helping me right away. She was friendly, efficient and fast. She assisted me in completing my paperwork. In my opinion she went beyond what her job description requires. I have never been in and out that fast in my life. She is to be commended.
