I am pleased with the El Paso location for taking customer service seriously when I went to get my daughter’s permit. The reception was very professional. I was missing a utility bill, but I had it in my vehicle. I was able to go back outside and retrieve it. Michael was very thorough and quick. It made my long wait less painful. He was professional and courteous. I have left feedback before and I am pleased in the professionalism by all of you.
