I wanted to reach out to give a kudos to Jerica, who was the employee that assisted me with my process. My license had expired in California and I needed to obtain one in Texas. I was prepared to go through a lengthy process and possibly deal with some hiccups, but she made it overall smooth. She presented suggestions that I didn’t think of that expedited the process and she also went above and beyond. My information wasn’t updated in the system and she went out of her way to give me a call when it did, which is something I know she didn’t have to do.
