Recently, my wife and I had our driver licenses renewed. My wife and I received exceptional assistance from Terry LaBorde II. While we were actually at DPS to have my wife's driver license renewed, we mentioned to Terry that mine would be expiring in five months. To save us from having to make a second trip, Terry helped us to renew my license also. With each of us, he patiently walked us through the steps, and made sure that everything was done accurately and completely. In addition, he ensured that we understood the process. We have now received both licenses in the mail and everything was perfect on both.
