I was in and out in 30 minutes with two renewed licenses. Great process! Elvita agreed to help me when the CSR was having computer problems, when she was scheduled for her break. She also agreed to help my wife who was also with me. She was courteous, professional and proficient. We are extremely pleased with our experience at this mega center.
