I would like to commend the Columbus office for being so kind and professional to us. Rachel was especially respectful to my father, a 90 year old renewing his driver license. She spoke to him kindly and was patient with him. She noticed he had brought along his military papers so she was able to add the veteran’s insignia to his new license. She shook his hand and thanked him for his service. It was a good day.
