The Flower Mound office is beautiful! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted with a kind officer who directed us to the already long line. I was pleasantly surprised when we were met with a person at the door. He was so nice and directed each patron to their seats, helped the elderly, sped around that office helping out the staff and staying cheerful the whole time. My daughter and I would have been separated because there were not two seats together and he quickly stepped in and kindly asked a gentleman to relocate so we could stay together. The office is run so efficiently. Sandra led us through the process so seamlessly! She has her system down pat. My daughter wasn't nervous at all because Sandra spoke to her directly and gave clear and concise directions. At the end of the process, she had her permit and a huge smile on her face. I commented to Sandra that the office is wonderful and I really appreciated her assistance and kindness towards a 15 year old. She showed my daughter a lot of respect.
