I renewed my license at the McKinney office and it was an easy and quick experience. I used the online system to get an approximate visit time and arrived about 15 minutes early. The woman assisting at the kiosk was very friendly and helpful. Only had to wait 10-15 minutes for my number to be called and was assisted by Eddie for my renewal. Eddie was very friendly, courteous and got everything done quickly. As busy as the office is, I just wanted to let you know I had an excellent experience. Very much appreciate the friendly attitude of your staff given the volume of folks rolling through that office.
