Thank you for the online scheduler. I went to renew my license and was not aware of the service. I needed my social security and passport for new license and wait was approximately two hours without an appointment. I had time to go home and get my documents and come back. I elected to leave and reschedule after learning about getting in line online. I went online about 7:00 am, system scheduled me for 2:42 which worked for my schedule except I had a 3:00 conference call. I arrived at 2:38 and was literally back in my car at 2:59 for my conference with my license. Staci was polite, efficient, and very helpful. I was a little flustered and stressed because of timing and issues with my vision (dry eyes). She told me she would help get me through process, was calm and patient. Helped me adjust the eye exam screen. I appreciated her customer service that not only renewed my license, but got me on my business call on time.
