Trooper Collier helped my wife and sister-in-law change a flat tire at FM 2105 and Arden Rd. He got his nice clean uniform dirty and messed up. When my wife expressed her concerns about his uniform he stated "That is what I do, I help people." His actions and caring attitude are greatly appreciated and needed in the world today.
