Melissa went above and beyond to make our experience getting a permit as quick and painless as possible. Our school did not write the date clearly on the VOE. It was not acceptable. She explained to me that I could have them email me a new copy and I could go to the library to print it out and come back. We did exactly that. When we arrived back at the office, she helped us immediately rather than making us wait in a long line again. This was extremely helpful as we do not live in town. We are 30 miles out. Her advice prevented my son from missing another day of school and me another day of work. Thanks to Melissa for everything!
