My spouse and I visited your Brady office to replace both of our licenses, due to a recent address change we had from building our new home. We called and talked to Crystal Rivera and told her we were going to be in the area and wanted to make sure we could drop by and take care of processing the new license requests. She told us that it wouldn't be any problem and gave us the timeline of when she would be out due to lunch, so we wouldn't waste time stopping by while she was out. We arrived and though there were two people in front of us, we witnessed her taking care of both people and the way she handled some issues with one of their requests. She was excellent during our time with her and she made the task seem simple and easy to take care of. We even briefly talked about where we lived as she worked and knowing similar places. She is terrific at customer service and as important, loves the job she is doing. Just wanted you to be aware of what a great employee you have.
