Sharon was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised when I encountered this young lady during my renewal process. I entered the building with a heightened sense of concern that this would be a very unpleasant process. It was just the opposite. I actually received extremely good service from others as well when I first entered the building until I completed the process. Kudos!
