Terrence LaBorde III

Terry LaBorde II was essentially doing crowd control at the front. The whole time that I was in front of him he was so kind and had excellent customer service. He explained everything to me with the new changes in the process of what he was doing. When I walked up to Terry’s desk I felt like I had hit the lottery because I had been waiting so long and it was true having the opportunity to sit in front of him and have him process my paperwork. He is a million dollar employee. Again such patience and grace, he made my experience at DPS absolutely wonderful. Having worked in customer service and in government for the last seven years I know the difficulties that can be dealt to each employee on a day-to-day basis, but Terry made my experience absolutely wonderful.
