I would like to thank the staff working for the DPS office in Terrell. I was up there to renew my license for the gold star. The wait was about 2 hours, but I knew I was going to wait for a bit. Some of the people that were waiting were huffing and puffing about the wait. Even some got upset that they did not bring the right documents. This was explained in the letter about renewing your license with the gold star. I heard some say, "I didn't know that". Well, it was stated in the letter and you knew had to renew - Which was my thought. Even one of the young ladies made an announcement about the proper document to have. Several times. The ladies at the desk did a superb job and was working fast as they can and being polite to all. When my turn came, I spoke with Stephanie Charles. She was quick and polite. I told her thanks for being there and thank you for her patience. My renewal process was done in three minutes.
