I stopped by the office to get my 18 year old son an identification card. Kathya was able to assist me with the process and she displayed compassion and kindness with such a simple act as to have someone assist us immediately made a huge positive impact for us. Truly changed my stress and worry to that of relief. Not many have those qualities that are so necessary in a job like the one she holds.
