I visited the location on Gessner and was helped by Candace Blake. I must say I am blown away by her. She was extremely patient, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. She made what could have been a stressful process, quick and seamless. I recently relocated from Chicago and needed a Texas license. She made sure I had everything I needed and when she realized I didn’t have my marriage certificate, she allowed me to go home and get it. She was so pleasant and had a positive attitude. She made my bad day so much better. I am so extremely grateful I received her as my representative. She was amazing! She could teach a class on outstanding customer service.
