Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent and cheerful service I enjoyed this morning while getting my driver license renewed. I arrived at the Plano office at 0655. The line was already covering nearly two sides of the building. Just before opening at 0800, two people made announcements about requirements and processes. Both spoke loudly and clearly enough to be heard and understood. Once inside, I was greeted in a friendly manner, was asked a few questions to put me in the correct category, and had explained to me the process. I filled out the application for renewal and waited for my number to be called. At about 0900 my number was called. Latasha processed my request in a very friendly and professional manner. I was out the door at 0915. I realize you are swamped with demand, and I appreciate how your people are handling the stressful task at this facility. Thanks.
