As a senior renewing my license it could be a stressful situation considering COVID-19, it’s constantly on our minds especially at my age. I got my number and proceed to wait for my turn. To my surprise (I haven’t been in a DPS office for the past 10 years) I was called within 15 minutes to proceed to a window. I was welcomed by a nice lady, Jacqueline, whom was extremely attentive and quickly proceeded to process my application in a very diligent matter. She was very professional and courteous and I guess she perceived that I was a little apprehensive by being in a public place full of people and concerned about this deadly virus, she immediately before taking care of me, wiped the entire counter and equipment with disinfectant to make me feel at ease, which I took as an special service provided by her. I must admit that her service was kind of personal to make me feel more comfortable considering these times of incertitude with the Corona Virus. I have to congratulate her care and diligent work and also congratulate DPS for a wonderful service. Great Job Jacqueline!
