I just wanted to reach out to let you know about the outstanding customer experience I had with Vanessa at the Houston North Mega Center. She was incredibly patient, informative and kind-spirited. She guided me through the process and helped me obtain my Texas driver license as we had wonderful conversation about New Orleans, Mardi Gras and great seafood.
